I am writing to say how impressed we were with the exceptionally efficient, helpful and considerate service given to us by your call handler after our accident on the M25 on Christmas Eve. His calmness and efficiency was reassuring in such a distressing situation. The speed at which help arrived, and with which our horse was loaded onto the lorry and taken home by a kind and knowledgeable driver was greatly appreciated.

I have been a member of ESS for nearly one year now. Fortunately I have not had to call on your services until yesterday when my reliable old horse lorry refused to start!
Having two horses on board I called your helpline and have to tell you how pleased I was with the assistance and courtesy I received. Not only did I get prompt attention but the technical help I was promised within the hour was with me in exactly that time. I was particularly grateful for the three separate telephone calls from your helpline checking on both my situation and that of the horses - all very reassuring.
The technician sent through RAC was prompt, friendly and most helpful and got the lorry going within a matter of minutes. I wish to convey my thanks to all involved.

My horsebox broke down on Saturday and our mechanic had 'checked it over' the day before! Unfotunately he hadn't looked at the fuel filters, the blockage of which caused our problem. He will be more thorough on our next service. However, may I congratulate your enterprise and the speed at which we were rescued. Also we were kept completely in the picture by four phone calls in the space of an hour and a half.
Hopefully, I will never have to use your service again, but I am now put at ease by this episode and the high level of service we received.
